Mountain Escapes provides all of these benefits at no extra cost to our clients:
Excellent Values: a combination of some of the best pricing, finding the location that best fits your group’s particular needs, and then making sure your trip is a success.
Product knowledge: based in Colorado, we are often at the destinations, skied the areas, and rafted the rivers. This familiarity allows us to give our clients objective first-hand information to find the best location for their trip.
Group knowledge: coordinating over 5000 group trips gives us an understanding of the needs of all different types of groups, and insight into which destinations and facilities work best for your group.
Wide Variety of Destinations & Facilities: hotels, lodges, houses, and condominiums all over the mountains, along with many rafting and transportation options. We’ll provide several options specific to your dates and needs.
Complete Trip Coordination with one person to arrange lodging, meeting space, meals, lift tickets, ski rentals, busses, flights, etc. You will work with that same person through the entire trip process thus eliminating any potential miscommunication that often occurs when trip arrangements are turned over to a coordinator.
Ski Group Service Representatives: Our reps live at and are experts on their destination. They pre-check all the facets of your trip prior to your arrival and will have your pre-arranged lift tickets for you when you arrive. They help with your lodging check-in, ski rental pickup, getting to ski lessons, orientation, answering questions, and checking back during your trip.
Organization & Attention to Detail: We ‘sweat’ the details and organization so that every facet of your trip is correct. Groups will also receive a trip specific itinerary including directions, housekeeping, telephone service, ski rental and lesson information, transportation, meeting space, catered meals, along with other important information.
Guidance & Tips: we’ll provide suggestions on how to best setup your trip schedule and itinerary; how to price the trip and set up payment schedules for your participants; how to avoid costly cancel penalties; how to collect information so that it’s an easier process for the group leader, and many other tips. We’ll remind you of important deadlines and help with questions.
On-call Service During the Trip: if there is a situation or problem regarding arrangements we’ve made, we want to know about it. We can help solve situations a lot better during a trip than afterwards and we want to make sure group leaders have the ability to contact us during their trip.
Web Site Information for Reserved Clients: on this sight clients will find promotional information and pictures to use for marketing your trip, lists of things to bring for ski and rafting trips, ski area forms, and additional forms and information to help with your trip planning.
